Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns Window

You may return most items purchased from Mangal & Mangal Super Store within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

• Unused and undamaged, in its original condition
• Accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and accessories
• Returned with the original tax invoice

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Perishable items such as nuts & dry fruits (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products
• Items that have been used, washed, engraved, or otherwise altered
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing components

3. How to Return

1. Log in to your account and navigate to My Orders.
2. Select the relevant order and click "Request Return."
3. Our team will review the request and, if approved, schedule a free doorstep pickup within 2–3 business days.
4. The item is inspected upon receipt. If approved, your refund is initiated within 7 business days.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

5. Replacement

If a product arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing defect within the return window, you are eligible for a free replacement of the same item, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

To request a replacement, raise a return request from My Orders, or visit any Mangal & Mangal Super Store with your original invoice, or contact us online.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mangalandmangal.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
