Stainless Steel Sev Sancha (Kitchen Press / Murukku Maker)

This traditional heavy-duty kitchen press, commonly known as a sev sancha, sevanazhi, or murukku maker, is crafted from durable stainless steel with a matte brushed finish. It features a cylindrical press chamber, a stable threaded base ring, and twin flat handle bars engraved with the brand name "Mangal Trichy & Salem". The assembly includes five interchangeable metal pattern discs (jalis), which allow the user to easily extrude various Indian snacks. These patterns feature options such as fine multi-hole perforations for sev/idiyappam, a single long slit for ribbon pakoda, a central star punch for classic chakli/murukku, and larger circular openings for gathiya or thick noodles
